Yes — that's the power of dynamic QR codes. Every QRBuilder code points to a unique slug on our platform, so you can update the response value (URL, text, or image), change the expiration date, or toggle the code on and off at any time without reprinting anything.
Product QR codes support three response types: URL (opens a product information page with your link), Text (displays text content on the scan result page), and Image (shows an uploaded image). You can also attach optional video links and overlay descriptions depending on your plan.
Every scan is recorded automatically with its city, state, country, and coordinates (via the ipstack geolocation API), plus device platform, browser name, IP address, access type, and timestamp. You can view this data as a 7-day chart, a country breakdown, or an interactive map for any QR code.
Absolutely. Add sub-users with just a name, email, and phone number — the system generates a secure random password and emails it to them automatically. Sub-users inherit your subscription and data access, so your whole team works from the same QR library. The number of seats depends on your plan's user allocation.
Quantity-based allocations (products, scans, users) are decremented as you use them. When an allocation runs low, simply purchase more from the Features & Pricing page in your panel — your existing QR codes and data are never affected. Time-based features renew when you repurchase them after their validity period ends.
