QRBuilder is a multi-tenant QR code generation and management platform that allows users to create dynamic QR codes, use templates, track scans with geolocation analytics, and manage teams through subscription-based plans.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Access to certain features requires a paid subscription plan.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QRBuilder to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate QR codes that link to malicious, fraudulent, or illegal content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QRBuilder (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRBuilder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms
